Previously learnt from HRM about KaiZen, Japanese for continuous improvement. Used as a model in organisations, for the pursuit of continuous improvements in all aspect, via staff suggestion or other schemes, so as to increase efficiency and ulimately cost saving...
All of these came to my mind, as i came across this packaging while at supermart with family. This is the pack of Snack Bar we had bought:
Which comes with a surprising long and huge Bar Code.
KaiZen? Staff suggestion that Bar Code should be made easy for scanning? Interesting.

Finally, that DVD recorder is back at home.
No more missing of favourite tellie shows and/or rushing back to catch them. Stuff 'em all in, and declare tomorrow (Sat) afternoon as television day.... to watch one week worth of shows.
Thankful of such invention....as long as it dont break down again ;(

One Choc cake, 6 candles (of various length), some bench in school, and several loud friends, and you got a Birthday Cake cutting celebration for Kelvin birthday, on Thursday.
Simple, yet unforgettable. & so damn exciting when he is still miles away and the candle are burning out fast (cos the kiasu us lighted way too early) And he still ran into some friends along the way also, according to our informant.
Thankfully he arrives back on time, to blow 'em out before you got choc-wax.
Surprises, surprises. 就是不一样.
cheers..~
